The .NET Core 3.1 Desktop Runtime 3.1 enables you to run existing Windows desktop applications. This release includes the .NET Core Runtime, you do not need to install it separately.
File browsing is not available for remote Packages. Try using the Pull to ProGet option, or the Download Package Option (which will cache the Package) .
